Scott Pino
President

Born in Trenton, NJ and raised in Allentown, Pa., Scott graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Economics in 1983. He immediately began working in the family business after graduation. Scott later oversaw the transformation of the company from a small local woodworking manufacturer,into a national licensing and printing business with a diverse line of products many of which are still based on wood novelties. Scott has lived in Coopersburg, Pa for the past 20 years with his wife Wendy and their 3 children, Ben, Jackie and Tyler.

Steve Bishop
National Sales Manager

Born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, Steve graduated from DeSales University in 1994 and immediately started working at Coopersburg Sports. Steve is married to Amy and has 2 children, Grant and Gabriella.

Pat O'Connell
ASI & Custom Manager

Patrick has been with Coopersburg Sports since 1999. He oversees the company's membership in ASI, PPAI, NAMM and also manages key accounts and the drumstick/custom divisions. He is a graduate of Kutztown University, with a BSBA in Business Management. Born and raised in Easton, Pa. Patrick and his wife Shawne have 3 children: Ciara, Colin and Cade.

Justin Kotarski
Retail Sales

Born in Clarksburg Virginia, Justin grew up in Luzerne, PA, and graduated from College Misericordia with degrees in Sports Management, Business Administration, along with a minor in Marketing. Before joining the Coopersburg Sports family, Justin played Independent Baseball for the Allentown Ambassadors; and now his current position is Retail Sales and Independent Team Sales. Justin also heads up our New Custom Photo Bat Booths in Minor and Major League Parks across the country.

Sue Bauer
Graphic Artist

Sue is a 1987 graduate of Kutztown University with a B.F.A. in Communication Design. She previously held design positions with the corporate office of Holiday Hair Fashions, Allentown PA and R&B, Inc., Colmar PA. In 2001, Sue joined Coopersburg Sports to design bat and drumstick art files for the company's national customers.
